I follow @Izzyman on twitter, because I lurv me some Matzo Ball soup on fridays. This week, they were asking for suggestions for sandwiches using goetta. There were three ideas I mentioned:

I really hope that they try the Pastrami, goetta, havarti, horseradish, and cole slaw. No matter what they call it, it will be delicious!
According to @Izzyman, the Pastrami wonderfullness is still in the tasting stages. I have high hopes for this sandwich to be the best thing ever!
well i’ll be damned…check you out. GLT sounds pretty good though. So does the one with cheese, bacon and egg.
