I noticed that I had dropped images when using Tweetie at home. This isn’t the case at work. I mentioned @tweetie, and @atebit_support got in touch with my in a matter of minutes to fix the problem.

It felt great to receive service that quickly from a company. If you haven’t tried the free version of their twitter client, I would suggest you give it a try. I used to use TweetDeck, and I found myself following more people because I could compartmentalize everything. It was great to be able to have that much information coming in, but it also made it really easy to drown myself in noise.
When I switched to Tweetie, the UI just felt right to me. I felt like I was getting an experience I didn’t get with either the twitter site or the other twitter clients I had tried. I did notice a lot of the noise I had added and had to do a lot of trimming.
Speaking of trimming….

That chick in thescreenshot above is @NikolHasler, from The Midwest Teen Sex Show. It is as good as it sounds, and I have mentioned it before. The tweet that led to that “oops” was a doozy.

Agreed! Some of the best support I’ve gotten has been through Twitter. Of course, soon it’ll be passe’ and they’ll go back to not caring about ANYONE no matter where they complain, but for now it’s almost like a direct line to the top. Also, slip ups rule!
